THE FOUNDATION OF STATEHOOD IS RULE OF LAW

Dear people of Mongolia,
Distinguished newly elected Members of the State Great Khural,
Dear guests, ladies and gentlemen,

According to our new democratic Constitution, the people of Mongolia have made our free choice for the 6th time. The people have made their supreme decision to form the law making institution.

The very foundation of the Statehood is rule of law. Thousands of public servants have worked ruled by law. The election returns at each level of the electoral system were consolidated and the General Election Commission submitted to me the names of the newly elected in the State Great Khural Members.

I have no doubt that the choice of the Mongolian voters embody their will and aspirations. There is an exigency for you, as representatives of the common interests of the people to start implementing without delay your full service.

With this, I announce open the First session of the State Great Khural of the 6th election.
