President Elbegdorj gives directions to the Government



Today a Presidential decree was issued on creating favorable, healthy and secure conditions for Mongolian citizens to live in Mongolia, facilitating sustainable growth and development for Mongolian families and youth, improving population growth and quality of the gene pool, enhancing labor force regulation and policy, and perfecting the legal environment; with President of Mongolia Elbegdorj Tsakhia giving directives to the Cabinet.
The Decree states:
“One. Following measures are to be implemented in order to safeguard excellent health of mothers and children, and advance economic and social structures needed to create conditions for children to grow healthy and active, which are the basis for stable growth of population.
1.1. A monthly allowance of MNT100.000 to be available for parents, adoptive parents and legal guardians to a child /children/ under the age of 2.
1.2. To provide favorable conditions and certain discount for parents, adoptive parents and legal guardians to a child /children/ under the age of 2, and to be included preempt in housing projects.
1.3. To include and implement year-to-year funds to build kindergartens nationwide, based on the survey of the population density and growth trend in annual budget, to increase the wage for kindergarten teachers and staff salary and to improve the discount and incebtive system.
Two. Create favorable legal environment for Mongolian citizens, subjects, natives, their families and children to come back to and to reside in Mongolia, to travel to and forth, to work and invest in Mongolia.
Three. To undertake successive legal, financial, and organizational measures for international diasphora of Mongolian decent and ethnicity to work, study, and reside in Mongolia, based on liable calculations and research.
Four. To oblige the Government in charge of facilitating due working condition, and providing necessary management and supervision over the working group, assigned to develop state integrated policy to implement aforementioned objectives.”
