Remarks of H.E. Mr. Tsakhia Elbegdorj, President of Mongolia at the State Reception of National Naadam Festival

Distinguished Guests,
Ladies and Gentlemen,

This year’s National Naadam Festival has been taking place at the moment of the historic anniversaries with abundant success in nourishing summer.

In my own name and on behalf of my family, I greatly appreciate you for your coming to this State Honorable Reception on the occasion of the National Naadam Festival, the 2220th Anniversary of Mongolian Statehood, the 805th Anniversary of the Great Mongolian State, the Centennial Anniversary of National Freedom Revolution and the 90th Anniversary of the People’s Revolution of Mongolia.

The Mongolians’ choice of freedom and good deeds have been strengthening from year to year and with confidence we are aspiring towards future development and progress. New challenges, those never occurred before, have arisen. We are working with full efforts to overcome the challenges focusing on the common interests of our country and the people. I am sure that we will bring good results.

In addition, I would like to express our appreciation to the nations and international organizations those have been cooperating with our country. Mongolia’s development and progress are the fruit of activities and businesses of not only Mongolians but also our country’s friends, investors, and all collaborators

This year’s Naadam has been nicely taking place widespread. We Mongolians discuss well wishes, and try to healthily celebrate the festival with full of joy without any quarrel, fights, and drunkenness. This tradition should be spread and supported.

Let us toast this glass of milk for the prosperity of Mongolia, happy life of our people, and well being of all of you ladies and gentlemen.
