President Releases Supreme Court Chief Justice from Office at the Chief Justice’s request
Following the Article 51.4 of the Constitution of Mongolia and Article 58.1.1 of the Law on Court, the President of Mongolia, Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj, decreed to release Supreme Court Chief Justice, Sodnomdarjaagiin Batdelger, from Office at the latter’s request.
