President Elbegdorj and President Patil Participate in Signing Documents on Bilateral Ties and Cooperation

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

After their official talks H.E.Mr. Tsakhia Elbegdorj, President of Mongolia and H.E. Shrimati Pratibha Devisingh Patil, President of India participated in signing of bilateral documents on ties and cooperation.
During the ceremony following documents have been signed:

1. Defence Cooperation Agreement between the Governments of Mongolia and the Republic of India was signed by Mongolia’s Foreign Minister G.Zandanshatar from Mongolian side and Satbir Singh, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Mongolia from Indian side;
2. Memorandum of Understanding on Media Exchanges signed between the Mongolia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and India’s Ministry of External Affairs was signed from Mongolian side by V.Enkhbold, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary from Mongolia to the Republic of India, from Indian side by Sanjay Singh, Secretary, India’s Ministry of External Affairs;
3. Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Mongolia’s Committee for National Development and Reforms and the Planning Commission of the Republic of India was signed by Ch.Khashchuluun, Chairman, Mongolia’s Committee for National Development and Reforms from Mongolian side and by Sudha Pillai, Secretary, India’s Planning Commission from Indian side respectively.
